“I had my driveway seal coated 06/20/2024.
I called Richard the owner 6 months later and said are you sure you used oil based seal coating cause it’s washed off in most places. Never in all my 30 years of having my driveway done have I seen such a thing. My husband that passed away worked for a sealcoating co.
(co now closed, owner retired)
Richard promised me that even though he did not guarantee work on Seal coats that he would come seal coat it again. Also, the receipt I have for the job says it guarantees the Seal coat.
This is now been over a year. I contacted him almost every single month asking him when he was coming, and I would get the same story over and over, “we are behind right now but we’re still gonna come”. Finally I text him and said if you’re not gonna come, could you please at least have the common courtesy to tell me that you’re not gonna come. He read it and never responded.
This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with in my life ! Richard the owner is arrogant, smart mouth, lies promises, you things and doesn’t follow through. Just plain HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
