“I'm going to piggyback off Randy Crawfords review, this is one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Same person (Rich) Going on two months now and were still waiting on them to complete work in our bathroom. We had a new sewer line installed in our house and out to alley. Plumbers were in and out within a week and a half, finished up right after Superbowl weekend. I used a Plumbing company not associated with Pristine. Pristine was recommended by our insurance company We also have USSA and from what I understand is after they do finish up, they will end up being dropped off of USSA's list of contractors. They talk a good game but once they get their money you become just another number to them. Please do not use this company especially if you have others to choose from.”

“My neighbors were having work done by Pristine. When I came home, I saw that a can of paint was spilled in front of my driveway on the street. I called the company (didn't expect to get an answer from a real person at 4pm on a Friday but I did) and the gal on the phone was so polite and so funny. I called in hot and mad and she had me laughing out loud by the time I hung up. She said they would take care of it and sure enough, on Monday some gentleman came out and power washed the paint completely off. Accidents happen but it's how a company responds that makes them great. Customer service is alive and well at Pristine and I know this is a company we will be using if we need services in the future.
