“If I could give this branch of Paul Davis negative stars I would.
Our insurance company hired Paul Davis to fix the damage done to our house after a wind/hail storm. The storm was July 20th 2024 and this dillema wasn't resolved until November 2025. We were fed lies. Professionalism was almost non existent and EVERY time we tried to escalate to someone higher up, it never happened. Landon was telling his bosses his own stories.
We had our roofing items delivered a few weeks after making claim and they sat on our roof until October of 2024. Landon had several reasons as to why he could not have the roof put on. First it was contracted help that backed out (this happened twice) then it was waiting for a permit. The permit was never filed, I was in constant contact with the city building department. I started to raise concern and was promised it had been filed. Then Landon told me we didn't need a permit which we did in fact need. They put on my roof without permit.
At this time I fired this location. It was months and months of fighting with this branch about biling. Back and forth between insurance and Paul Davis. Always having to be the middle man because this location had so many new people that our job fell through the cracks constantly.
I feel really let down at the lack of communication, professionalism and workmanship this branch offers. I don't feel like anyone owned up for the mistakes or did anything to better the working relationship.
I will NEVER recommend Paul Davis.”
