“I will preface this by saying that Goyette Commercial might be a good company. Goyette Residential is not. Not only did they charge me $480.00 to not fix a furnace they offered me a refund for not following up on original service call and then did not follow through on that. It does not matter what they say at this point the old saying goes "fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you" Hopefully someone reads this and chooses a different service provider because their residential side does not care at all and are just grifting money in my eyes. Looking at you Mike why offer something and then not follow through? It makes your company look worse when you do that but what do I know I am just a common person.
The refund posted today I am not sure if it would’ve happened without the post but either way I am fair enough to admit that they did keep their word.

“We called Goyette bc we smelled a burning rubber odor coming from our vents. The technician came said nothing showed up diagnostically speaking. He changed the filter with a filter we had already... Charged $325... And said everything checked out ok.
2 hours later I noticed it was chilly in here... The furnace quit working. We called Goyette the next day and was told the tech didnt find anything and this is a new issue. And all fees would apply and the labor increases significantly bc it's Sunday. Very disappointed. Do not recommend

“One of goyette's employees in their company van getting on west bound 69 this morning cut me off nearly causing an accident and then forced me out of my lane when I tried to get around him nearly hitting me i called the company to report him but I was to busy trying to stay alive to get the vehicles license plate and I didn't see any other identification numbers anywhere else. If these are the kind of people Goyette employs I'm pretty sure i wouldn't want them in my house.”
