“We used the service for move in cleaning approx. a month ago. What appeared to be 2 young persons showed. They were a bit earlier than scheduled which was a plus but neither claimed to speak English which made it hard to communicate. Again this service was to clean an apartment that we had not moved in yet (no furniture etc). Left them to clean an empty apartment. Returned an hour later, observed 1 of the cleaners in one of the restrooms texting and the other was inside of a bedroom (unknown) what they were doing. Anyway, once I announced myself, the one in the bathroom quickly placed his phone in his pocket and started wiping the bathroom counter. The person in the bedroom appeared with a dry cloth and spray bottle in hand. I checked the areas that they would have to pass. All areas appeared the same. No smells of cleaning materials, counter tops, floors, kitchen, looked untouched etc...I left, they remained for another hour or so. When I returned, they had departed. Floors, counter tops, tubs etc appeared untouched. Again no smell of cleaning products. I had to quickly come in and clean myself as movers were on their way to move our things inside of the apartment.
I reached out to the cleaning service to inform them of my disappointment the next day. The person offered to send the same two cleaners back. They also asked for pictures, well taking pictures of an apartment that had been cleaned already by the complex for move in purposes were taken but we had by then moved our items in. Bottomline the apartment appeared clean to them already they simply came in wasted our time and money by doing no additional cleaning...
My advice is don't offer move in service and then cheat the customer. I'm a germ-a-phob, Which is why I paid $300 for professional cleaning services. They finessed us that time but will never receive our business again.”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. I just moved into a new house and requested a deep cleaning service which is listed as a detailed service on this “company’s” website to include appliance cleaning, blind dusting and a more inclusive cleaning service. The toilets were left disgusting, the shower floor stained the blinds weren’t dusted and my fridge left filthy. Please refer to the attached photos and do not give these people your business. I should’ve just thrown $400 out the window and maybe it would’ve better served someone finding it in the street.”
