“We are a big part of the transportation industry. We lease our equipment to a huge transportation company and our trucks go to Laredo, TX every week. Unfortunately, one of our trucks didn't make it the other day. Due to a problem with fuel line which exploded due to weather condition, the driver ended up in Cotulla, TX, an hour from the destination. As such, we decided to call for road service nearby. We were so happy when we find Limons which facility is located 18 miles away from the scene. In the beginning the Limons employees were very nice and helpful. The Limons employee informed us that it will cost us $391.00 to fix the problem. Due to the fact that our driver was already late with his deliver, we relied on what we were told, of course we regret that now. Four hours later, we received a call from Limons, informing us that the truck was fixed, but there are additional charges, beyond the $391.00 we were told originally. We were very surprised when they wanted to us pay another $376.28. Limons charged us $85 for answering a phone (service call), $1.91 per mile do drive to the scene (18 miles to the scene but they charged 60 miles). In addition $476 for labor and $241.74 for parts. So, what was the point of the original estimate of $391.00 and what was it for? We don't know. In my opinion, you should think twice before you get hire them for any services.”
