“Updated Review: The first time out was fine, but it's been all downhill from there. They are so inconsistent it's not even funny. I had my mowing set to bi-weekly and someone was supposed to be out the 8th or 9th of April. They canceled "due to a locked gate," when there was no fence on the property in question. Working to get someone else out with customer service resulted in several more cancelations until I finally got someone out on the 24th of April. At this point, several parts of the lawn were out of control. The "pro" that did the job did a poor quality job and didn't mow everything, nor blow the lawn. When contacting customer support, they couldn't even figure out who had mowed the lawn for awhile because they hadn't closed out the job. When I tried to cancel via the support chat I had been on, they told me they'd have to wait until the 48 rescheduled timeframe was over, despite me not rescheduling nor wanting any additional services. On top of these issues, I also had a pro tell me I had to pay him personally for the overgrown grass or they'd cancel and scammed me out of money. Luckily through screenshots, lawnstarter refunded me the double charge I received for this. Besides that one interaction of them actually helping with a problem (one that shouldn't have happened to begin with though), I have had a terrible time with this company. Find someone else to do your lawn. Also to note, LawnLove is their sister company, so don't book with them either.”

“normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary after my recent experience with this company. I hired them to perform lawn care services, and shortly after their visit, my lawn began showing clear signs of damage — severe browning and thinning in areas that were previously healthy and well-maintained. I documented everything with photos and submitted a claim in good faith, expecting a fair review of what happened. Unfortunately, the company dismissed the issue, claiming the damage was due to “preexisting turf stress,” despite the obvious difference in condition immediately following their service. What’s most disappointing is not just the poor result, but how the situation was handled. Rather than taking accountability or offering a reasonable resolution, they deflected responsibility entirely. I’ve decided to document my experience through proper consumer channels so that others can make an informed decision before using their services.
