Thank you so much for your patience. After careful consideration by our team, we're truly sorry to say that we won't be able to provide reimbursement for your claim.
we reviewed your subscription details and confirmed that your current service includes lawn mowing only. The pros dispatched through our platform are not instructed or authorized to trim, prune, or manage landscaping features such as rose bushes, shrubs, or garden plants.
Because of this, and given the scope of the service, we are unable to attribute the reported damage to work included in your mowing plan.
Just a friendly reminder: LawnStarter is here as a helpful technology platform, linking customers like yourself with local, independent lawn care experts.
I wanted to let you know that your claim has been concluded. We appreciate your time and are here to help if you have further questions."
So if they do damage to your property, you will not be compensated because your plan didn't include hedge trimming.
What kind of logic is this??? They cut two year growth off my roses that will set them back another year and exposes them to all sorts of illness.

“LAWNSTARTER what a HORRIBLE experience. The WORST customer service experience I've ever had with a company. I REGRET the day I referred your company to my neighbors on nextdoor and put my name on your company. I paid Lawnstarter to severely damage my property. Then your company continuously gave me the run around after I called taking the appropriate steps to file a claim the day of and I sent pictures along with video to the email address. Then Lawnstarter never reached back out to follow up with the claim. Lawnstarter failed to apologize nor handle business at all. After not hearing back from you all I called back only to be told that you had no clue as to what I was speaking of until I expressed that I have the email with pictures attached. Then you all off a sudden you found the pictures but nothing else . I then asked for a supervisor which I was told I'd receive a call from which Lawnstarter dropped the ball on yet again never following up. The customer rep tried to act as though there was no record for the 3rd time started an entirely new claim and nothing was ever done to rectify this horrible experience. I reached out to Lawnstarter again only to be replied to via email that its past the time allowed to get anything accompanied. So, Lawnstarter waited until time passed so they wouldn't be accountable for the damage that their non-vetted service representatives did to my lawn.This Lawnstarter service provider was not vetted before servicing my lawn. They cut the side of my lawn with a weed eater not a lown mower severely damaging my lawn. They also cut the side of my driveway so short that you could see the dirt. Then it got worse.. As a customer I've been taken through the absolute mud with no resolve and taken a costly loss at the hands of Lawnstarter. I had multiple neighbors use your company and had similar bad experiences. I absolutely regret referring Lawnstarter and using their services. It has been nothing more than poor customer service and horrible lawn care”
