“They took a bunch of old living room furniture for me. A love seat and a sofa and a bedroom set. I was in my office trying to sort out a work crisis, and they basically came and went. When I finally went into my living room I saw they had apparently chosen to drag my couches across my hardwood floor instead of carrying them. They scratched the floors in about 4 different places. And all in high traffic, high visibility areas. Pricing seems fair, and I was able to easily pay using my visa debit card😀 They moved a dresser, mirror, two night stands, headboard, old computer tower, a kids bench table, a wood coffee table, two end tables with round glass tops, a love seat, and a couch for the 469.00 price. I'm sharing that info for anyone who needs a "round about" estimate of how much 1/2 the truck covers at the $469 price. If you have more than this then you'll be in the next tiers, if you have less then you'll pay less than the $469...it all depends on the space used in the truck. I hope this helps someone. 🙏🏾
Update: about a week later furniture was delivered from Rooms to go. We had some mattresses and rails that we took to the dumpster ourselves and got a phone call from our apartment saying we had to take the mattress back home or to landfill or be fined 200 per day until it was removed! It was so stressful, we had to go back to the dumpster and bring the mattresses back home. We had no way of disposing it, so I made an appointment with Junk shot again and to my surprise they were able come get the mattresses within a few hours! I was so happy I didn't have to wait. This was a life saver and really took away so much stress of trying to figure out how to dispose the mattresses! When we need Junk removed again I'll be calling them for sure!”
