“Company took my for sale signs, security posts, security lights and cameras from my jobsite. One pole was lost and two signs worth $1,000 are missing. I have called for weeks, emailed, and gone to their office. Zero response. Why take things that don’t belong to you, especially from the builder of the home you are landscaping?? Any help getting the signs back would be greatly appreciated. Company seems to do a good job with landscaping.
Your response to the post forgets, we worked together for months. At anytime you could have called me or my office if the signs were needing to be removed. Instead you simply took everything, the day of closing, without notice. I had to track down where they went. For weeks I thought they were stolen. Why keep the cheap 4x4 posts and throw away the expensive signs?
Why ignore my multiple emails and calls but then respond to a review on google? The review is very accurate, as it shows other builders what to watch out for. There was no notification you stole the items, until I sent an invoice to all parties, then I was told what happened. Just crazy. None of it makes any sense.”
