“I was impressed by Kyle's level of professionalism and honesty. I called for an estimate on a tankless water heater flushing as well as low water levels in the toilet. Rather than try to sell me a service I didn't need he educated me on how water levels work and explained the water level was fine. I appreciated that he shared his expertise rather than price gouge me. I did hire him to do the flushing service so he did receive my business. I will use Hips Plumbing again!
