“When I needed it most... My house is 16 years old, out of warranty and the foundation started to crack. I called Allen at Hercules prior to the pandemic. He came out and measured, Found that the second story and garage were pulling away from the rest of the structure. Due to expense, I had to wait for repairs. I had no idea I would be waiting for the next two years almost due to CoVid. For those two years all I could think about was my house my house falling and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it. A few months ago, I felt like I was finally able to address the foundation. I called Allen again. Not only did he remember me, but he was here within a few days to reassess the house, give me a quote and schedule the work. Still, I had to wait. With the pandemic, material prices went up and so the cost of the repair. I was in a situation - again. I can't say enough about how Allen waited on me, worked with me and made sure I was able to get the repairs I needed. In addition, the crew he sent out was awesome! They led me through every step of the process. Lauren helped me with the financials and invoicing; they sent someone to walk me through the actual repair and let me know what was going to be done; they were here on schedule and completed the job in only two days!!! Not only did they close all the holes, it was as if the holes had not been there at all when literally saw grown men disappear into the ground around my house! When I needed it most, I felt like I was family - not financial gain. Hercules is a company you can truly rely on to do the job of caring for your needs and doing quality work. “Hercules did an amazing job on our foundation. We hired another company to do our foundation, but there was a scheduling conflict that left me scrambling to find a last minute replacement crew. Collin worked with me to get a crew out ASAP, and Diego and his guys did a fantastic job. The work was fast, professional, and when they were done they cleaned up and had the place looking better than it did when they got there. “Do not hire this company to do your house leveling or foundation repair. Or anything for that matter. I was hired to replace some subfloor in a house. A house that had, 6 months prior, been "leveled" by Hercules. They're there was Still a giant lump in the floor that they said was just the sub floor. Once I removed the subfloor, you could clearly see that is was not the sub floor. It was an old beam that was installed incorrectly. (Not their fault, but they're responsibility , as that's what they were there to fix) Not only, did Hercules not place any beams around it, but they cut the pier about 3 inches short, and cut the beam in half, then (as the client sat and watched)  went and jumped on the bump, hoping it would go down. It did not. Not only did they not relay ANY of this information to the client, but they told them it was just a subfloor issue and that their job was completed. As stated in my contracts, if I run into any unforseen circumstances (like this)  I will stop, and bring it to the clients attention. Which I did. Along with several photos and videos of my findings. It's also noteworthy that the entire floor had had the insulation removed. The only spot that the insulation was put back was over the cut beam. A few days later, they sent out a man whom we will call "biker Mike". I personally showed Mike everything I found, to which he said he was very embarrassed about the whole thing and that he would get a crew out there asap. Forward to a month later (today), and the crew that was sent out, who thought they were there to repair a door, claimed that I'm the one that cut the pier and beam and that it was my problem. Literally everyone, even Hercules, knows this is not true. The evidence is empirical. There's literally no reason I would cut a beam in half to lay down a subfloor. The only reason they even called back or Attempted to make the repairs was if i took this review down. They offered no compensation whatsoever. This review cost me $5k.
