“Pretty underwhelmed. Went in needing service on 2 mowers. One a cub cadet they work on, and a Bad Boy they said they can work on.
Was told some basic tune up pricing, was good with all of it and was told it’s gonna take 3-4 weeks for diagnostics and repair. Awesome. Fast forward 10 weeks and no communication, was finally given a quote for $1200 and change for some work after reaching out and requesting an update (they still didn’t get to it until I reached out again) and that number’s fair for what I needed on one of the mowers, the issues comes down to zero communication, and the expectations that were set initially weren’t followed thru on. Waiting 10 weeks to find out if it’s worth getting the repair done is a little ridiculous. Maybe they’re too busy, idk good for them but I’d take my mower elsewhere.
I decided to come pick it up and they’re charging me their $100 diagnostics fee, understandable I guess. If it was my business and I told someone 3-4 weeks and didn’t communicate for 10 I’d eat that cost. Doesn’t seem right.”
