“The two energetic young men, Hector and Jordan, who eagerly addressed our tedious and complex plumbing issue were right on time, clean, [extremely] polite, and eager to do things promptly and correctly. They had no qualms about figuring out access to the crawl space (century-old house in Mission Hills) and then repairing the problem with no major hassles or disruption. We were impressed, especially since it’s not easy to find competent and reliable service people nowadays. Not only did they troubleshoot, but they also showed us detailed video of the leak in situ, and then removed the bad stuff and replaced it with new, updated pipe, sealed, checked, and DOUBLE checked for leaks and functionality. Quality work is what we all want!
And that’s not all! As they were leaving, my wife found a separate plumbing issue that had just come up, and they were kind enough to take care of it in an hour. So impressed! Who offers this kind of plumbing service today?
