“I met Enrique last July and made a deal for him to complete a concrete sculpture base at an apartment complex, which was very time sensitive. We agreed that he would start within a few days, so that the base would be complete in time for the sculptor to make his installation on it a couple of weeks later. Enrique then went to work on a project out of town and then strung me along for the next 2 1/2 weeks. He ultimately stopped returning voicemails and texts until I told him that I found someone else to do the job.
