“Pretty disappointed, called to have their furnace cleaning service done after hearing them on the Tom Martino show. Tried to contact twice online and no return call. Finally had wife call and schedule, after the tech showed up and “cleaned” and inspected furnace. He claimed we had a leaking blower fan (sealed bearings, and would not give pics of fan) and completely rusted out furnace (surface rust on divider plate from broken condensing drain tube years ago) quoted $1900 for a fan (price gouging) and said we needed a new furnace (it’s never had a problem and works to this day) just because it’s 20 years old.
They claim they are on site for 2 hours and clean everything and inspect the whole unit.
The guy was there exactly 45 minutes (verified by ring camera) wiped the unit down with simple green which is a mild degreaser.
This service s a gigantic sales pitch with condescending sales techs. Would never use again.”
