“We hired Fencetastic for a unique project. Our fence wasn’t made of wood or vinyl like our neighbors, it matches our stucco house. The HOA revealed that we were in violation because our fence was falling apart after 15-20 years. Addy and meme were working in the neighborhood and they came by to take a look. They gave me multiple solutions at different price points and offered financing and payment options that were very attractive. We decided to uninstall the concrete panels, replace all the wood and reinstall the panels however after starting the project and removing the wood we found out that the concrete panels were completed rotted away and could not be reused. The material we needed to purchase was on back order at all major vendors but addy and meme were able to source it locally, were completely transparent about how much the material was going to cost and decided to give me the material at cost instead of trying to make a profit on the change order. The project turned out great and. I was extremely surprised at how quickly and efficiently the crew worked day after day. There wasn’t a a single day less than 4-5 people were working on our fence at any given time. Since we replaced the panels instead of refurbishing them the project went from 3-4 days to getting completed in 5. The end result looked great and we are happy with the final product.

“I stand corrected from my previous review. After further conversation with Addy, we were able to communicate further and come to an understanding regarding the fence. The issue was that it was not constructed properly initially. Addy was able to come out and look at the damages firsthand to see that it was not caused by normal wear and tear or storm damage. The fence was repaired, and I couldn't be more happier with the results. I'm changing my review to reflect the more positive experience with Fencetastic. We hired Fencetastic about a year ago (August 2024) to replace our fence. Fast forward a year later, and the fence is coming undone and falling apart. I called to ask for the team to come look at this to see what our repair options are. The office manager said, based on the photos, that repairs are not covered under the wear and tear warranty; something had to have hit the fence or there was extreme wind damage. Really! I don't believe that's an excuse for faulty work. Both our neighbors and the neighbor next to them also had work done by this company, and their fences are doing the exact same thing. What a way to claim it on the weather. You mean your fences cannot withstand a year or two in north Texas weather? Questionable.
