I had contacted multiple water remediation companies the morning after our pipes burst and the kitchen flooded and WMF Restoration was the only company who was not only available, but could help immediately, which was crucial to mitigating water damage (mold can begin setting in within days of a flood, so timing was everything). I was getting calls from other water remediation companies weeks after the storm letting me know that I was still on their waiting list for service because we were only one of thousands of households who needed help in Texas following the winter storm of the century. I don't even want to think about how much we would have lost had WMF Restoration had not been available when they were.
Michael Herrera was our primary contact and he was the picture of professionalism. In addition to his kindness, compassion, and patience when dealing with my frazzled nerves and endless questions, he was always prompt, very knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He and his crew worked around the clock in those days and weeks following the storm and were attending to much bigger disasters than ours in terms of damage, yet they never made us feel as though our problems were any less important. I sincerely hope I never need their services again, but if I do have a situation that needs their help and expertise, I will always call WMF Restoration first.

“I called this company to restore water damage caused by pipeline burst from last severe winter weather for my retail property, but this company referred and assigned my case to another company without my consent and even any prior notice. When I was on-site to expect to meet a worker from this company, I just found a different company name on his shirt, but I thought it was not much important. However, the person I worked with was not organized and made me sick. Even though I did not sign on any paper work and did not receive any estimates or payment terms until he finished his job, he urged me to pay my insurance deductible during his work. I know I need to pay my deductible when I make an insurance claim, but the way he was asking really bothered me. At least I needed to know how much I was charged before paying my deductible. I DO NOT recommend these two companies, “Water Mold Fire Restoration of Dallas” and “Total Restoration”.
