“Two guys come over, turn on my wall AC unit and tell me that the unit has a broken compressor and that either the compressor needs to be replaced or the unit needs to be replaced. No additional attempts to do any diagnostics or repair of the unit. THAT'S IT. I get charged $180 for the house call. The house call lasted less than 10 minutes. So then they tell me that if I purchase a new unit from them, the house call visit would be included in the price of the new unit. The quote for a new wall unit they gave was $1700. Are you kidding me? You can find comparable units for less than $800. This place mugged me for $180.”

I scheduled a technician to come in over the weekend, and I requested them to send a Certificate of insurance (COI) way ahead of time. They kept over promising and underdelivering - no COI was sent out. The day of the actual appointment, the technician doesn’t show up. When I called the office they told me they don’t work on weekends so cannot get a COI to me, and asked me to reschedule.”
