“I had padgett's service my AC in my home in Jacksonville. They had to send technicians multiple times to diagnose the issue. After 3 attempts and multiple invoices they still do not know what's wrong. Do not use these people and avoid at all cost. They are incompetent and technicians are horribly trained. Use a reputable Company like Snyder Heating and Air.

“Padgett's is truly AWESOME!! They came out immediately to diagnose my issue and provide a resolution. My A/C died and its an older unit so I assumed the compressor died and that I needed a new one. They came out and assessed the unit. The Rep that came out (Roland) told me it was just a capacitor that needed replacement. He was friendly, honest and I appreciated how quickly they repaired it and had it up and running. It's rare to find a company that doesn't try to just sell you something you don't need. The office called me to follow up on how my system was working (Which I truly appreciate the follow up) and all was good. I had such a good experience that I called them to go ahead and purchase a new unit with them as mine was getting older and HVAC prices are rising rapidly in the current economic environment. They even included a UV light filter at no charge for the new unit based on recently purchasing the capacitor from them on my old system. They came out and replaced my unit, including the UV light Filter and new thermostat in under 3 hours. Could not be more appreciative of how honest, prompt, and helpful they were. If you don't want the runaround and upsell mentality most other HVAC companies are notorious for, call Padgett's!!

This company will attempt to manipulate a licensed engineer to keep an improper installation so they don't have to go back and install it correctly, are grossly negligent to OSHA standards, don't perform QC checks prior to installation, and demonstrate willful negligence resulting in damage to other trades' work. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff.”
