“I was moving within the same building to another unit. I was kept in the loop from beginning to end. The two guys that moved my stuff were professional, and got everything I asked moved in the two hours I had booked. They are friendly, hard working, professional, and would highly recommend them for anyone that has moving needs. Glad I found them. Will use again when time comes. Give the guys a raise.😀 I felt horrible I didn’t have water to offer them.

“I was quoted $350 for my very small move since most of what I own was devastated in a flood. I had 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 tv, 1 platform bed, 3 paintings, the cushions of my couch and 7 boxes and was moving it to a storage unit 4 minutes away from the apartment and was charged $730. They moved extremely slow and had a terrible attitude the whole time. In the end they took 30 minutes to prepare the paperwork and got stuck blocking the exit of the storage facility.
UPDATE 8/10: I received a call from someone named Josh from ATB moving today demanding that I take down my negative review immediately. He threatened me that if I did not remove my negative review within 10 minutes of his call he would sue me for slander and refused to hear anything about the experience I had and hung up on me. That should further illustrate the kind of people you will be dealing with if you choose to hire this company.
Reply to owner response: I was told there was a 2 hour min of $350 and based on my list of items, that would cover it. I would have never agreed to hire this service if I was quoted $730 given the size of the move. I uploaded a photo of the items moved into the storage since you are claiming I am being dishonest about the items I listed. Once the move was finished and I got the final bill I called ATB to file a complaint given the exorbitant fee I was charged and the way the movers handled my furniture (they flipped my brand new table upside down and placed the table top on the mud stained floor instead of on the tarps they had and my stretch canvas arrived with dents in it.) He dismissed and denied everything I had to say so I advised that if the charge was not rectified I would be filing a partial chargeback for the amount above the $350 I was quoted, which I did. The bank awarded my partial chargeback to me given the documentation I provided. The only thing that should be considered a criminal activity here is how this company handled this situation.

“Repeat customer here! I’ve used ATB twice in the last week. Their website says 24/7 Response time and that’s very true! I put in for a quote at 6:31 PM and received a phone call at 6:38 PM asking about details about my move. They had availability within short notice I needed movers in the next 48 hours and they worked with me. Great customer service I received from Christy, Kelly and Mike. Whether it was call, text or via email. Moving is already stressful and costly so if you can afford it get it. My back doesn’t hurt and i’m not fatigued from the stress. I’m literally sitting in the car writing this review while the movers take care of EVERYTHING! Like I mentioned this is my second time using ATB in the last week. The gentlemen sent are professional, on time, and courteous. They move with efficiency. Antoine is who has come twice but other guys who’ve helped are Freddie, Justin and I feel bad for not clarifying who the other gentleman was because he put my bed frame back together for me. Anywho check out ATB. They will take care of you. Before booking I reached out to several moving companies and ATB is who reached out first with availability I will be recommending to everyone I Know! I didn’t and don’t live in Richardson either and they still came to me. Check them out!
