This is a small quality company that has quality technicians and service to their customers. The staff is excellent for example Anthony in the office is terrific with communication before, during and after your service. He gets right back to you with which particular technician will be coming to your house. Mikey Knight serviced our heating units on Tuesday, December 30, 2025. He sent a text from his prior service place to us giving us detailed information ( sent photo of himself) ahead of coming to our house. He did a thorough investigation of our heating units ( furnace) and provided details as to its performance. Well appreciated. Demonstrates the excellent quality and training of Benefit Air's technicians. Highly recommend this company. Priced very reasonably for their two services provided ( once in Spring once in Fall).”
