When Michael came out to provide the quote, he noticed that parts of the house were starting to sink and that several of the piers underneath were cracked. To be honest, hearing that was stressful. Michael took the time to explain what he was seeing, what it meant long term, and what the repair process would look like. He was straightforward and informative, which made it much easier to make a decision.
Michael was onsite for the initial quote, and after that the crew handled the work itself. They showed up on time both days and got right to work. Foundation repairs aren’t a small job, but they were organized, professional, and respectful of the property.
I had a brick walkway that needed to be moved so they could access the area. The crew carefully removed it and, to my surprise, put it back better than it was before.
Throughout the project, they kept me informed about what was happening under the house. Since most of pier and beam work is out of sight, those updates really helped ease my nerves and made me feel comfortable with the process.
