“I met with Tom Greene to get an assessment of my wooden posts under my crawlspace. Many of them are frizzled and damaged from long-term moisture and i was concerned it is a threat to the structural stability of the house. Tom assured me that since the vast majority of the interior part of the posts are undamaged, that the foundation is fine. He recommended that I find a company to fix the moisture problem. Other companies wanted me to replace the wooden posts, presumably to make a sale, but Tom did not take that route. I trust this company. Tom is ethical and knowlegeable.”
