“I have to admit that I was disappointed with my experience. After seeing the good reviews I was expecting a better quality for the price($130). My husband usually cleans my car but doesn't have all the tools to access the parts of the car this is why i chose to use Mobile Auto Detail EcoFriendlycarWashing services. The price seemed fair for what they advertised in the package i chose and given all the reviews I expected a more detailed oriented service. My car was not really dirty to start with but as i said some spot that are hard to get needed attention. It safe to say that the attention to detail was not there. Once it was over i had to point out several spots that were not properly cleaned or not even touched at all (gas tank ). Some spots were done so superficially. Least to say i left with the feeling that i overpayed. Center console was not properly cleaned, cup holders,...and I'm not too sure that my back seats were really shampooed as the front ones were still humid but not the back ones.
I will not recommend them nor will i go back. There is a car detailing spot next to a gas station that i used once that provides same level quality for a much cheaper price, I'll stick to that.
The pictures were taken after detailing and after i pointed out to him(the cup holder, gas tank, the trunk door hinge part).
Update: this business is harassing me and lying. 1)The pictures are after detail. 2) I paid the full 130$ cash (+tip) which the service we agreed on and i requested what is included in the package on his website (picture included). 3) Because i leave far he said he would NOT come for just 1 car so I drove the 45 plus min to meet him to a location that HE provided ( a parking lot ). He told me I'll wash the car while you go shopping. My car was running the whole time as it was hot and he requested the AC to be on (the key was not needed). (And I'm such a monster that i bought fresh water for him from the store).I never disrespected this man, all i did was give my opinion on the service i paid for. He can ask google to delete my review all he wants but i will not let him slander my character. I had to block him on WhatsApp because he kept contacted me about my review.”
