“Today 9-22-17 around 12:30pm on 1st street in Berthoud performing that chip seal job with A-1 chip seal was the grand showing lack of safety. No traffic control, no flaggers, but instead saving some cash with two guys in trucks waving traffic by without being able to see the oncoming traffic. That was awesome, pulling into the oncoming lane to see cars and trucks speeding towards me. Maybe it should be one star but at least they had the blinking orange diamonds.”
