“Don't use this company. They upsell you on services without telling you that they automatically renew the next year. Then they robo call you saying these services are happening and if you complain they say, oh well. After that they try and call you to see if they retified the problem, and when you say you are canceling the services, they just hang up on you. Stay away, horrible customer service.

Talked with Rin twice today. Once getting me back and once about the falsifications in the reply. They have a week to retract the reply before I cancel since Rin promised better when we talked on the phone and I decided to give them another chance.

The misleading reply was pulled within an hour of talking with Rin. I am very pleased with the time, concern and responsiveness of Rin. I have decided to give them another year renewal of my lawn service. With all the help I have recieved from Rin today, I will be 1 star to 3 stars.
