“RED FLAG!!!! Called to schedule an appointment to replace central air in the AM. Rep said he would be there around 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM and call before leaving. I called at 3:00 PM because he had not called. He then said he would be here around 4:00 PM because there was a problem/issue in the office. Here it is 7:15 AM the next day and again still no call-- They totally "BLEW ME OFF"! I would have be OK with rescheduling, but failing to call AT ALL after making an appointment, is just plain unacceptable.If you are going to be late or a no-show, then you call BEFOREHAND! That simple! I can't help but think that if they treat their customers poorly before a sale, then it must be worse when it comes to a service call. Fortunately, I'm retired. However, it's apparent one could lose a days wage with nothing to show for it because they place no value on YOUR TIME!”

“Blue Flame was contracted through Consumers Energy when our furnace stopped working. The window they gave me was 9-4. By 8:30 I received a call from Blue Flame saying they would be at my house in about 30-45 minutes. Bill came at the time he said he would be there. The circuit board and ignitor switch were bad and he had to go and get the parts. He was able to get the furnace up and running and even gave my youngest son a diecast car when he heard him talking about cars and how much he loved them. That was above and beyond. Thank you Bill!!”
