“I would never use their services again and would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. When one of his service technicians damaged my property, Michael Deitch was argumentative, irresponsible, evasive, short tempered, and rude. He would raise his voice on phone calls and make promises he did not keep. He put me off for several weeks which only made the situation worse. He was totally unprofessional. Michael Deitch also has poor communication skills. If his service technicians were going to be 2 to 4 hours late (which seems common), he did not have the consideration to call and let me know.”

“I was scheduled to have annual maintenance on my boiler in early december. on the day of the appointment i called to confirm that they were still coming out and they informed me that the person scheduled to come to my house called out sick that day. that's fine as things like that happen. they told me that they would call me back by the next day to reschedule my appointment. a month later and they never called me back. i eventually decided to go with a different company as it appears that they forgot about me and didn't value me as a customer.
