During the estimating process, Jimmy did the most thorough review of the situation and recommended the best solution of any estimator. (Not the cheapest, but the best, and very competitively priced.) We needed to have chatahoochee removed from our pool deck, a new deck drainage system, step replacement, recoating and texturing, and some leveling of the deck to improve drainage.
