“I inherited a service agreement from the previous homeowner. The agreement lapsed, so I paid to reinstate the agreement.
Esch time I call, the office staff are a bit impatient and come across as curt, short, a little rude like they are being put out by my call.
I have had to stay on top of the process due to a lack of response and follow through. They emailed the agreement to the wrong email address, so several days went by and I had to reach back out to them to get it sent to the right address. I signed it & sent it back, paid over $250 & was told someone would call to schedule a time to reinspect the home. No call for several days. I had to call them back. When I called, I was ask if I returned the agreement. They had to do some research and call me back. They had the agreement, but things still fell through the cracks and no one called to schedule the reinspection. It is now scheduled because of my follow-up after several weeks. So far I am unimpressed and now a bit skeptical about the entire company. We'll see how things go.
