“I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Clean Green Hauling, which I feel compelled to share in this review. As a waste management company, we have used Clean Green Hauling's services for a 40 YD dumpster several times. The first two interactions were uneventful, but the third encounter left me utterly dissatisfied.
The trouble began when Clean Green Hauling misplaced the dumpster on our client's property. Their placement was blocking a truck exit and causing several logistical disturbances. Naturally, we expected them to rectify this error promptly and without additional charges. To our shock, they demanded a $200 relocation fee to move the dumpster to the correct location, despite it being their mistake, and it could not be done until Monday, three days later.
In an effort to resolve this issue, we connected Clean Green Hauling with our customer via phone, hoping for an amicable resolution. Instead, we were appalled by their unprofessional conduct. They not only refused to take responsibility for their error but also took the opportunity to bad-mouth our company to our client. This behavior was both unbecoming and unethical, as they attempted to undermine our working relationship with the customer, insinuating that our communication had been subpar.
To add insult to injury, Clean Green Hauling claimed that they had not disclosed their prices directly to our customer. This was a blatant lie, as our client clearly relayed pricing information we had never provided. This dishonesty is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their integrity and business ethics.
Given this experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Clean Green Hauling to anyone. Their lack of accountability, unprofessional conduct, and willingness to deceive their partners are serious red flags. We trusted them to provide reliable and ethical services, but this experience has left us with a profound sense of disappointment and a complete lack of confidence in their abilities. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to potential clients who may consider working with Clean Green Hauling in the future.”
