“When Jose, from Cement Tech, came to do a consultation regarding resurfacing my driveway with asphalt, he bought Mike, from Allied Asphalt. During the walkthrough, I specifically stated that they had to make sure that 1. The driveway wouldn't be sloped towards the garage, which would cause flooding inside the garage and 2. The driveway couldn't too elevated where the gate needed to swing closed. Both Jose and Mike assured me that those two concerns wouldn't be an issue. They were able to resurfaced my driveway within a day, but there was no attention to detail. During the final inspection, the driveway was pitched towards the garage and the garage door was no longer sitting flushed on the ground. Jose and esp Mike denied this was an issue and refused to fix it. I also couldn't swing my gate closed but Jose was able to fix this problem. Several days after driveway resurfacing, it rained and water leaked into my garage. My husband made several attempts to reach out to Jose to have him come back and address the slope towards the garage. It's been over a week since the garage leaked and they won't come back to fix their mistake. Poor quality work and customer service. I wouldn't recommend them at all.”
