“I had to think long and hard about this review of Cargo Detailing . Carlos was a nice enough young man and is trying hard to make his business succeed . He may be good at detailing cars etc , he talks a good game but lacks experience with ceramic coatings .He arrived at 9:30 am to start the work and didn’t finish until 10:30 pm in my garage , which had plenty of work space and lighting to do the work . My car had previously been ceramic coating and the paint was in excellent condition ( see picture ) but it was time to renew it and choose to give him a chance and I also took a video of my car to show him its condition . To make a long story short , he had his co-worker show up to give him a hand … big mistake , it was like adding Jerry Lewis to the mix . After they departed I went out to look at the work and found the right side , just in front of the mirror totally scratched up ( see before he did the work and after pictures ) , their was and still is ceramic coating material on my rear window where they got it on the glass and didn’t clean it off . So the next part is what really made me unhappy . I texted him pictures of the scratches and he denied causing them , but would be back the next day to remove them and re-coat the area. He did, but still didn’t check his work and still was not good work and to note , the ceramic coating he used must be the lowest grade coating he could buy as my car looked better before he touched it . Sorry Carlos , but I can’t recommend you for doing Ceramic coatings , as it wasn’t worth the amount of money I paid you .”
