“Had a gurgling toilet for several months and tried everything. Called Busy Bee Plumbing and spoke to Dan whom came out the next day with apprentice Darving. Very courteous, friendly, discussed potential causes, solutions and pricing. It was bizarre as the roof vent was blocked which i am so thankful the tried jetting with water and finally cleared through perseverance with the auger. “Could not have asked for a better plumber. I was doing a major remodel and acting as my own contractor. The scope of the plumbing work was an entire house replumb, install a gas on-demand water heater, whole house water softening system and a reverse osmosis filtration system. I did full remodel on kitchen and bath as well and needed all the new fixtures installed Dan came out to evaluate the job and I had a quote with 48 hours I believe. He explained the scope of the work and timeline for the job. He took the time to answer all my questions. Due to the size of the entire remodel, the plumbing had to be done in stages spanning almost 3 months. Dan and hist crew of 3-4 were punctual, friendly, polite and professional. Dan pulled the necessary permits and was here when the inspector came out to deal with any issues immediately. I'm old school. i believe you do what you say your going to do. You provide a fair price for services rendered. I met a kindred spirit in Dan. He gave a price for the job, told me I could probably find better prices out there and then explained why. He told me exactly what needed to be done and how much time and labor would be involved. I told him I needed time to think on it. I had other plumber quotes who would then offer to lower the price or haggle down their price or give me the classic sales/marketing pressure pitch, "If you sign in today, you can get it at this price." If you want the work done right; if you want a friendly, professional team who clean up after they are done with their work; if you want someone who communicates with you throughout the job; if you want someone who does what they say they are going to do at the quote they give, go with Busy Bee plumbing.”
