Never in my life have I had worse experience, and the man who served us made it even worse. I think I’d rather leave my car there for the rest of time than ever have to deal with these people again. Horrible service, promised us multiple times they would be there “within 10 minutes” and ended up waiting an hour. I understand you don’t really have much of a choice but to go and deal with it but this is just absolute robbery and terrible people.”

“Car got towed. We saw the tow guy and he would’ve give us the location to where the car was towed and just said to call the phone number. Called it probably over 30 times and no answer. Mind you, the guy who’s meant to be in office taking the calls, is right there in the car with him. So instead of telling us that there was no one in the office. He let us run around trying to figure out where it is and have us find out there’s no one there to release the car. How is there going to be a sign that says after hours pickup is available, and then there’s no one there to respond ? Ridiculous”
