“The carpets were left dirty, smelly, and with noticeable debris after cleaning. Despite paying more to this company than other local companies we've used, the end result was unsatisfactory. When we called to inquire about a possible re-cleaning, we were told that their equipment "does not vacuum" and therefore this degree of dirt, debris, and odor left behind after their service was to be expected. As home-owners and other property-owners, we will never again hire ATI services.”

“Professional Restoration has my highest possible recommendation. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible on Google. From the beginning of the estimating process through the completion of construction, the communication was outstanding and highly responsive - my project manager and I spoke every day during the construction. The crews were all very courteous, showed up on time when they said they would, and every single one of them took a lot of pride in the work they were doing. I could not be happier. I am an engineer, and deal with contractors on a daily basis. These guys were the best, experts at what they did, and provided a very high quality of craftsmanship. Basement remodeling/reconstruction work isn't cheap, but Professional Restoration was worth every penny. “On the afternoon of October 13, 2024 I had a water valve in need of replacement. Well, It broke, shot me in the chest, and water went everywhere flooding our condo. Drew showed up around 3 I think. Drew explained everything in detail he was …”

“0/10 would not recommend. Angelica has been rude and difficult to work with and the PM assigned to my home repair has been extremely hard to get in contact with. For background, I contracted with Professional Restoration as they were the preferred vendor through my insurance. This insurance claim caused me to live outside of my condo for the duration of the repairs meaning there was a deadline for completion as my temporary housing had an expiration date. I was consistently told there would be no issues in completing the project on time even after reaching out at various points in the project asking why work didn't look further along. At this point it became harder and harder to contact the PM regarding the construction. Professional Restoration also contracts out to third party contractors so the individuals working in my condo were not Professional Restoration employees and made a complete mess out of my condo. The PM had told me in the beginning of the project these were new contractors he had heard good things about so he was hopeful they would do a good job. They lacked the basic understanding of construction within a home. I've managed multiple construction projects in my working life and understand that containment of the construction area is standard. These individuals did not use containment which caused every surface in my house to be coated in a thick layer of construction dust and debris, even the fabric surfaces such as carpets, bedding, couches. When I complained about this, they loosely dangled a piece of plastic through a walkway and left the remaining space completely open, basically the containment was useless. They tracked dirt and debris to other areas of my house that were not part of this construction project, footprints and clothing strewn around in my main living areas. Mainly, the timeframe in which this was to be completed is the biggest concern. I was reaching out to my insurance and multiple people at Professional Restoration in the weeks leading up to when this was supposed to be completed asking why it looked like it would not be completed on time. I either received no response or attitude from Angelica. The completion date came and went and they did not meet the deadline and there has been no remorse or resolution. This has caused me to lose my temporary housing and move back into a hotel until the unit can be professionally cleaned after the mess this company has left behind. I've only encountered additional rudeness/attitude from Angelica and the PM has again stopped responding. Edit on 2/08/2024. Although the company responded saying that the director of operations was in communication with me, that is hardly true. I have requested the director of operations call me on various occasions and have tried calling him with either no response or "I'm in a meeting" and no follow up. For the last week I have requested a timeline for the items that need to be fixed, to which I have still not been provided. they completely messed up the brand new back of a cabinet (photo attached) and I had scheduled the cabinet company to come back in to repair the wood. I told Brad the director of operations that this was scheduled for 2/14 and that they needed to make sure the dry wall behind the cabinet was fixed prior to that. I was told on multiple occasions this work was complete or would be completed that day but when I went to check, it was not completed. Today I went to my condo and whoever they contracted to do this work, didn't repair just the drywall. I have no idea if they even repaired the drywall but instead filled the wood in with some sort of plaster, cement or something similar making any future work that needs to be done to the plumbing behind the cabinet expensive and difficult to complete. During this they were also supposed to reroute the disposal to the previous orientation where the pipe comes out towards the back of the cabinet rather the side. After being told this had been completed, it in fact, was not completed.”

“Use anyone else. ANYONE. I hired Professional restoration because my insurance company recommended them. They spent weeks going back and forth with my insurance company before finally agreeing to a scope of work. …”
