“Everything went super smoothly. We have a Mitsubishi City Multi VRF rooftop system, which only a handful of Mitsubishi-authorized/qualified service providers can work on. A few of the authorized places were booked out or hard to schedule, but Arnica was able to get us in quickly.
Scheduling was easy and quick, and Rosette kept me updated the whole time. Dean came over first to diagnose the issue and explain the situation clearly. Then Neil came to install the replacement part — they showed up on time, worked fast, and didn’t leave a mess. We were done quicker than expected.

“We found Arnica through Mitsubishi’s certifications. We had them come do a check up (which was not done by the prior owners so it had been several years); George didn’t try to upsell and did a great job.
We asked them to come back to replace a thermostat and to install some surge protectors. Ordering the products took a couple of weeks, but it was not an urgent job and the busiest season for them in the dead of summer. They were on time, on budget and successfully completed all work.
