“I will never ever call this place again. The guy was so incredibly rude!!! I probably wouldn't have minded his rudeness so much if he actually did anything to fix the issue but he did not do anything and charged me $165 for a 15 minute joke of a diagnostic appointment. He made an adjustment and about 30 minutes after he left the furnace started blowing cold air. What an awful experience!!! Do not call this guy. So disgusted.”

I called mid-day on a Sunday and was given professional & straigtforward information on the time frame that it would take to get to me and what the service call charge was. I was kept updated on the ETA and within a few hours I had a serviceman at my house. He quickly diagnosed both the main problem and the contributing problems. He gave me estimates of the cost on all repairs. I was very impressed at the amount of work he got done in the time he was there. He had all of the necessary parts in his truck. He was friendly and courteous and cleaned up after the job. I will be calling them in the future for all cleaning and service on my heating system.”

“Awful experience. Charged an absurd amount for labor on a job that took under an hour. Most arrogant guy I've ever spoken with. Told me several times how he has the nicest house in Granby, and how much money he makes. Kept asking me how much money I make???
I'm sure you do have a nice house if you're charging people almost 600$ in labor for 45 minutes of work......good for you”
