Our experience with Always On has been extremely disappointing from start to finish, particularly after the initial installation.
Shortly after the installation, multiple units stopped working. After repeatedly going back and forth with the company, they finally agreed to send a technician out. When someone eventually came, it was discovered that there was a leak—an issue that should never have occurred following a professional installation.
Since then, the units have continued to perform inconsistently, and getting assistance has been nearly impossible. Customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I was told that I would need to pay cash upfront before a technician would even come out to inspect the unit, despite the ongoing issues clearly stemming from their work.
This company has shown little to no concern for customer satisfaction or standing behind their service. Had I known this is how they operate after installation, I would have never chosen Always On. I strongly caution others to think twice before using this company.
