“I wanted to thanks Joseph for his professional work on my bathroom & shower faucets. The banging when we turned on our sink faucet was deafening. Hoping it was not a piping issue in the wall, he was able to fix it and explained what occurs to make that horrible noise. He was also able to fix my problem of water not getting to the shower head be changing out the cartridge in the faucet and installing a new spout. It was all done with a diagnostic report on Tuesday and work done with replacement parts on Thursday. Got a call Thursday afternoon from Allstar to ensure I was satisfied with Joesph’s work.
