“I had an issue with water leak in my AC furnace and also observed the AC takes little longer to cool the house. I reached out to All fresh temp and Ramiro helped to diagnose the issue. He was pretty quick to come to the house on same day and leaked issue which was related to smaller backflow flow pipes. He also diagnosed my AC has very low refrigerant which was causing slow cooling. He fixed all the issues in a single day. Rates were little on higher side but felt reasonable to get the clean job in quick fashion.

“11/19 Update: When we went to get in the attic for holiday decorations, we found All Fresh workers had installed a duct that completely blocked access to the attic and significantly disturbed existing insulation and plywood without returning to the original condition. We contacted All Fresh which said they would remedy the situation. Despite numerous follow up calls, they have not. See posted photo.

All Fresh Temp recently replaced our old furnace and added air conditioning. In addition they replaced the maze of old duct work. Carollino and Jaime were our technicians. They were polite and knowledgeable. They spread cloth on the floor and cleaned up after their work. Before leaving, they fixed a minor issue and made sure we were satisfied with the work they performed. A small area for improvement would be on communication-we needed to follow up to confirm arrival times.”

“Ramiro is a very nice and responsible person. Also his technical knowledge is superb. We asked him to replace our old condenser after he found our issue came from it. He had completed his job in a few hours. Today we had another issue with our AC. He stopped by to see the problem. After checking the AC for 20-30 minutes, he found the problem is caused by a small electrical switch which is not included in the work he had done. But he fixed it for free. He never let me down, as he promised me. I highly recommend him and his company.”
