Alex, the technician, was polite and professional in repairing my furnace quickly and saved me money as well as the failed part was still under warrantee, which I didn't know. “I’ve used Air Comfort for over ten years. They’re always responsive and provide great service. They came out on a couple of occasions when my furnace decided to stop working when temperatures were extremely low. They were at the house within two hours of my call.
A few years ago, they installed a high efficiency furnace and AC unit and it works great. Installation took one day. The price was extremely reasonable.
When our water heater died, they were able to come out and install a new one same day.
The office people are always professional and helpful. AND they always answer the phone. These days that’s a big plus. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Air Comfort.
