“Rescue rooter/ARS might answer your phone call and might install what they ask to install. In my case they install furnace but did not pass the inspection and failed to fix what had to be fixed. Calling them daily results in lots of promises but nothing progress. Make sure to pay them nothing before they pass inspection(if at all)!!!!
Changing the feedback higher. The reason? I work-around the phone -responsiveness by going directly to the office where I got good response from the local. The attendant even scheduled me a visit in two days time. The visit is planned for tomorrow so if all goes well I change the review higher pending the service.

“Rafeal came after some very good communication on their side. He was very good at his job and is excellent on recommending more services. If you have cash to burn, this is a great company to do business with, however to give you an idea of what your in for, a 24' sewer snake and camera costs $349, a cleanout was quoted at $1300, and a in place clay pipe replacement and adding a cleanout: $8270. Rafael claims that these prices are median for the business, and I have to admit that I don't know what other plumbers will charge, but this all seems on the high end to me. They wouldn't quote anything over the phone.”
