“I used them during this past rain storm as I had two basements flood. The first one was at 3:45 am... yes am .. when I called I talked with Donna which was so nice and friendly at 3:45 am and told me that her team would be out but it might be later as they had several other as well. Then she got me other Servpro companies in the area and one of them was able to help. On the second one, which was the next day, I called Donna and she was able to get a team to my house that was under construction. Heather and her team kept me informed all through the process and was able to not only get the water out but dried everything so I would not have any issues.
