“Contacted Sean Myers (the manager) to set up an appointment. Brought my van to be detailed because the previous owner owned a dog. Brought the van in on Sunday 7-18-2021 to be detailed. Pointed out that the cargo mats needed to be taken out to get all the dog hair removed. Physically showed Zach (the cleaner assigned to my vehicle) exactly what needed to be vacuumed. Since this is my first time getting a vehicle detailed and paying $180 to have the service done I expected a professional detailed job. The most important issue which was the dog hair was not taken care of. I didn't do a check of Zach's work since he is a grown up and not a child so I assumed he would have done his job. He completely missed cleaning under all the cargo mats, did not put the seats down to extend out the floor cargo area where the bulk of dog hair was located. Called back to request the detail work to be completed and was told by Zach that he didn't remember doing the job. Then was told that my dog (I don't own a dog) must have gotten hairs on the car. Then Zach said I should have brought the car back sooner since it has been 2 weeks. Actually it is the following Tuesday 7-20-2021. Zach asked if I wanted the service done for free or pay again for another cleaning. I already paid for a service that wasn't complete. I told Zach I wanted him to finish doing the job. Finally Zach told me to call Sean Myers (The manager) to address my issue. I didn't expect to have to babysit someone with their work, or get the run around with excuses to try and get the incomplete work done. Very unprofessional. Poor customer service. I do not recommend this establishment.
