“Wow! Let’s just start there.
Furnace would run, then shut off. Never get to the setting on the thermostat. Dorothy talked me through some things and had me clean a sensor, change batteries on thermostat and work backwards to find out that my new air filter was possibly impeding the air flow, so much so, that it shut the whole system down after running a couple of minutes. I also talked that through too with Manny and so far so good! It’s running more efficiently/effectively and there was no charge to do this over the phone! Certainly not my experience with one of the other big guys in town (AP) who have charged me a small fortune.
Now, I will need a new system in the next year or so and based on how this experience went down, they have my trust and any future business! Plus their rates are so competitive in comparison.
