I am so glad we chose to work with him, because by the time the big box store called us back to even schedule an installation 10 days later we were already taken care of.
Jonathan answered our initial questions, provided a clear and concise estimate (that was less expensive than the big box store), and stated he would be at our home on a Wednesday at 9am but would call 30 minutes before. If you have dealt with any contractors lately you know that getting them to show up on time is a huge challenge.
Not for Jonathan, he called like he said, showed up on time like he said, and most importantly did the installation perfectly while also explaining what needed to be done and how he handled it.
Worth every reasonable penny that was charged, extremely professional, and would highly recommend for any plumbing needs.
