“Discovered a roof leak in our new home that flooded our primary bedroom. Call WFM and Rigo answered our call late on a Saturday night. He was able to get a crew out the following morning to tarp the area and prevent further damage.
The crew that showed up to do the dry out process was effective quick and extremely thorough the quality and care that they took while at my home was extremely appreciated.
On Christmas Eve we found water leaking through the roof again and called Rigo immediately. Despite having extremely limited availability due to the rainy season, he was able to get a crew out here within an hour. They took extensive photos and were able to apply new tarp to cover the old leak that had been exposed while we’re waiting for the roof to be repaired. Rigo is amazing when it comes to customer service and Diego did a great job covering the area.

“Rigo and Jonatan were very kind and helpful. They explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions.
Victor and team came out to check and handle all of the maintenance. It took 3 days of air to dry out the ceiling! Everything was very well done and super professional. They did leave a bit of tape stapled to the ceiling that was an adventure to try and get off but that’s more funny than anything, you should have seen the amount of construction these guys did on my kitchen. Everything went great and so far we are just waiting on insurance which WFM has said they handle.
