“We had honey bees that had gotten into the interior floor of our home. I sent Joshua a video of the bees swarming outside of my house, and he suspected that they were in the floor between the first and second floor of our house. Other bee removal services I contacted said that they were probably in the wall and that they would cut out the sheetrock of our bathroom to remove them. Those services only did removal, meaning I would have also had to have hired a contractor to come in and perform repairs. Joshua arrived exactly when he told me he would be at our house. He promptly determined that they were in the floor by using his temperature gun, and he recommended that he pull the carpet back in our playroom and got thru the floor. That is exactly what he did. He was right on target. There were approximately 10,000 bees in our floor. He removed all of them and their honeycombs, cleaned everything up, repaired the floor and replaced the carpet. He then went outside and caulked around the sides of my house where the brick meets the siding so as to prevent the bees from getting back in. He went way beyond what I expected in that regard, as he could have just caulked at the known point of entry, but instead did the entire house. He was done with the entire job in less than 3 hours. No sign of him being there, except no more bees, and he charged me exactly what he quoted. I highly recommend him for bee removal.
